Refunds

Nail Craft does not provide refunds for any service(s) and/or Gift Certificates purchased.

If you are experiencing an issue with your recently performed service, please reach out to us to discuss further details!


Quality Guarantee

Nail Craft provides a 3-days guarantee period on all services in which you may return to the Salon to have repairs done free of charge! 

However, it is at Nail Craft's discretion!

If we feel that your product breakdown was not caused by an error in application, chemistry error, or exceeds normal wear and tear you will be charged for the nail repair service!  

Any additional repairs or color removing required outside of the 3-day time frame will be subject to an additional charge.


Cancellation Policy

If you are needing to cancel or reschedule an appointment at 48-hours’ notice is REQUIRED. This ensures that we can all make appropriate arrangements to rebook your appointment while also giving other clients the opportunity to fill your cancelled space!

Failure to provide appropriate notice will result in a Cancellation Fee of LKR3000 being charged to you. This cancellation fee will be due via Bank Transfer within 24-hours of the cancellation notice.

Failure to provide payment of the Cancellation Fee may result in the inability to reschedule, schedule future appointments or cancellation of already existing prebooked appointments with Nail Craft!

Late Policy

We ask that if you believe you are going to be arriving to your appointment late that you notify Nail Craft  immediately with your estimated time frame.

If you arrive 5-minutes late to your appointment then a modified service will be performed within your booked time frame (ex: no nail art).

If you are 10-minutes late arriving to your appointment, your appointment will be automatically canceled as we will no longer have sufficient time to complete your service or modified service.

You will be charged a LKR3000 Late Fee. This late fee will be due within 24-hours of the missed appointment via Bank Transfer and once received, you will be rescheduled.

Failure to provide payment of the Late Fee may result in the inability to reschedule, schedule future appointments or cancellation of already existing prebooked appointments with Nail Craft.

No Show Policy

We ask that if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment time, that you please notify Nail Craft immediately!

If you do not arrive at your scheduled appointment time within 15-minutes you will be considered a no-show, which will result in a charge of 100% of the service booked.

This fee will be due within 24-hours of your scheduled appointment time via Bank Transfer.

It will be at the discretion of Nail Craft if we feel comfortable rescheduling your appointment.

Other Nail Technicians Work

We will not perform services to clients if they already have existing product applied to their nails from another Nail Technician. 

We are unable to fully identify the method of preparation, method of application, and the product used in your previous service. Due to these varying factors, allergic reactions, adverse chemical reactions, and an increase in natural nail injury may occur. 

It is our #1 priority to ensure the health and safety of our clients both during and following their appointments with us. As well as provide them with a high-quality service!

We ask that if you are a client looking to book in with us that you please come to your service with bare nails or previously applied product by Nail Craft.


Nail Fix Policy

We understand that external factors may cause you to experience issues with your nail services including broken nails, chipped nails, etc and that these issues may not be covered within our Quality Guarantee Policies.

For fixes scheduled after 3 days of your initial service date, there will be a charge of LKR500 PER nail for Gel Polish and LKR1000 PER nail for Extension Nails that is to be repaired or replaced.

These costs do NOT include nail art or design that may have previously been on the nail needing repair or replacement. If you wish to have the design replaced this will be an additional charge based on the design chosen by the client.


Nail Fill Policy

Maintenance should be performed on Gel/Acrylics Nails services every 3-weeks to ensure the integrity of your service and the health of your natural nails.

Due to an increased product cost and increased appointment time required for maintenance on Gel Nails, those individuals who wish to receive or exceed a 4-week maintenance schedule will be charged for a Full Set.

There may be exceptions to this policy, as we understand that the rate of natural nail growth may be different for every client. We ask that each client discuss this with us so we can make appropriate appointment arrangements.


Age Policy

Nail Craft believes in providing high-quality services to all our clients. Because of this, we only provide Gel/Acrylic Nail Extension services on those individuals 16 years of age and older and we only provide Gel Polish services on those individuals 12 years of age and older!

Children below 12 years of age are welcomed to do normal nail polish services with nail stickers added on. (extra charges will be applied)


Children and Group Policy

Due to hazardous chemicals, products and implements within the salon environment, Nail Craft asks that you please refrain from bringing small children to your appointment! We have a limited waiting space so please refrain from bringing multiple friends/family or groups of friends/family to your appointments!

NAIL ART POLICY

  • Nail Art is hand-painted and extra charged on gel polish services only.
  • Please trust and give the nail artist full authority to create nail arts for you. You can show us a design, select colors and ask for a quotation before we start.
  • If you want to modify or add any detail after the nail artist has started painting, rs.500 per detail per nail will be charged.
  • If the nail artist refuses to do any kind of modification requested by you, you will still be charged for the work and time already done.

 

EYELASH EXTENSIONS POLICY

Our guarantee 

  • We guarantee our work. If you have any concerns with the service you received, let us know within 3 days and we will fix it to your satisfaction at no extra charge. This is a policy we’re proud to offer you. However after 3 business days, complimentary fix appointments are no longer available.
  • Complimentary fix appointments must be completed within 1 week of the original date of your appointment. 
  • Standard 48 hours cancellation policy is applicable to fix appointments. If a fix appointment is no-showed or cancelled within 24 hours, client will no longer be eligible for a complimentary appointment, and will have to pay for a fill as usual.

Lash fills

  • Prices for Fills are based on within 2 and 3 weeks from initial service date. 
  • All fills need to have at least 50% of lashes remaining. 
  • Additional week /less than 50 % of lashes remaining will be subject to LKR1000 or LKR2000 extra. 
  • After 3 weeks, will be considered as a full set price.

External fill

  • We do accept clients that have had their lash extensions done at a different salon. However we do charge an additional fee from LKR2000 to LKR3000 ON TOP OF THE FILL PRICE depending on how long since last fill / how your extension condition is currently , as it may require more time and work to complete.
  • Please Note – if you have reacted to eyelash extensions in the past we have the right to refuse service. This is for health and safety purposes so please be transparent regarding any past experiences knowing your eye health is truly our biggest concern.

 

 

PERMANENT MAKEUP POLICY

Policies, Authorization and Medical Release Consent Letter will be signed before PMU procedure. 

"I have been informed of the risks, and possible complications resulting from permanent skin pigmentation. I understand the permanent skin pigmentation procedure carries with it known and unknown complications and consequences associated with this type of cosmetic procedure, including but not limited to: slight discomfort associated with procedure, infection, and scarring, inconsistent color, spreading, fanning or fading of pigments, slight bleeding & bruising. Individuals prone to fever blisters may have an outbreak if not properly medicated. Corneal abrasions are a rare side effect, especially if I rub or scratch my eyes or apply contacts too soon after any eyeliner procedure. I understand the actual color of the pigment may be modified slightly, due to the undertone and color of my skin. I fully understand this is a tattoo process and therefore not an exact science, but an art. Nail Craft makes no attempt to, or claim to, practice medicine. I request the permanent skin pigmentation procedure(s), and accept the permanence of the procedure as well as the possible complications and consequences of the said procedure(s)."

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, your appointment fee will not be refunded.
